How do you fix a microsoft visual c++ runtime error?

When I am trying to play a game, it comes out as Runtime Error!

When im trying to play a game it comes out as "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information." and also MICROSOFT VISUAL C++ runtime error. Thank you.
